What's currently popular, and do you guys recommend any specific products?

Our items never go out of style! However, our Table Spinners are our top selling piece as they are smooth, silent, and made of tempered glass!

Do you offer wholesale?

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, occasionally we do have discounts. Make sure to check back on our site regularly as we are always putting up new offers!

How can I track my package?

We'll send tracking information shortly after receiving your confirmation email. This may happen before the order goes out, so you'll have time to change anything about your order if you need to. Once it goes out, just keep one eye on the tracking page and the other on your front door. Please note that our Nuckees are tiny and ship in envelopes that don't allow for shipping - You'll just have to trust us on that one.

How soon will I receive my product?

Most of our products require about a day to produce and ship, and usually ship in 3 to 5 business days. You should receive your order within a week.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, but prices may vary. International shipping prices are calculated at checkout.

What happens if my order is lost in the mail?

If you've confirmed with your shipping company that your package has been lost, please contact us at (888) 758-2747 or by email at support@thefullcolorcompany.com and we'll get you a replacement as soon as possible.

What's your favorite animal?

Mine's the Tiger Shark. It's more fierce and aggressive than even the Great White! 

Can I return a product without the original receipt?

Everything's digital these days! But the short answer is yes. If you've recently cleared your email out and lost your receipt, we'll still have you on file. Simply leave us your email address and order number (if you have it) and we'll take care of the rest.

What happens if I want to change my order after I place it?

Contact us! If your order hasn't gone out yet, we can stop it before it does. If it has gone out, you can send it back to us for a full refund, exchange, or replacement. However, we do not provide return shipping labels for order changes after they've already gone out.

What are the sizes of your products?

Product sizes are included on each product's page. Generally our acrylic products are 1/4" thick, though this can vary. If you're interested in custom sizes you don't see on the site, please contact us at (888) 758-2747 or by email at support@thefullcolorcompany.com.

Do you offer customized products?

My item arrived broken, what do I do now?

If your item arrived broken, contact us and we will ship you a replacement piece.
